Oil, brake fluid, pool chemicals and Florida sun all eat bare concrete. We seal it — polyaspartic and epoxy coatings inside the garage, sealer on the driveway out front — so the slab wipes clean instead of soaking it up.

Pick a colour and a finish, drag the size. The swatch and the ballpark move with you — metallic pours use the same colour families.
Colour
These are our most-requested blends, not the whole range — flake and metallic both come in dozens of colours, and we can match a logo or a paint chip.
Finish
Every floor is priced on the job, not by a chart — slab condition, repairs and moisture testing all move the number. We quote it in writing once we have seen the concrete.

What's included
We don't publish a rate per square foot, because the slab decides the job. Two garages the same size can be a day apart in work once you account for oil saturation, old coatings, cracking and moisture. So we look at the concrete, then put a fixed written number on it — no allowances, no surprises halfway through.

How a floor goes down
Grind
Diamond-grind the slab to open the concrete. Coatings fail from bad prep far more often than bad product.
Repair
Cracks, spalls and pits filled and sanded flat so the finish reads level instead of mapping every old defect.
Base & flake
Pigmented base coat, flake broadcast to refusal while it's wet, then scraped and vacuumed once it cures.
Top coat
UV-stable polyaspartic clear. Walk on it that evening, park on it in 24 hours.
